Vegetables

Eating vegetables will not only give you joy about your health, but energy to go on through the day. As many of you know, vegatables are everywhere. Tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and many other kinds. This few vegetables are really essential for the benefit of your health. Some vegetables are consumed of raw. You can eat it without it being cooked. On the other hand, some vegetables need to be cooked for it to be eaten. Many vegetables this days are cooked in fat food. For instance, they are made for desserts such as rhubarb pie and carrot cake. As you may alread know, vegetables are related to plants. Without vegetables people would not live up to age 100. As a result, if you eat vegetables every day, you will be really healthy.
