Eating Healthy (Make it a habit)

What are the habits that you have. I am sure that most of the habits you have affect your health rather than improve it. For instance, I can guess that many of you have the habit of chewing your finger nails. This is the worst habit ever. However, people still do it. What if I told you that your life will shorten for 10 years because of the nasty bacteria that go into your stomach. Yet, you can CHANGE that habit into something positive. Eating healthy is positive. Instead of chewing on your finger nails, why not eat healthy fruits or vegetables.
Bacteria is everywhere. To avoid bacteria, just wash your hands with soap every day. However, not constantly. Just when you are about to eat something. This will lower the chance for bacteria getting in your stomach. As a result, you will live a long life. Yet, to live a long healthy lifestyle, you have to focus on eating healthy at the same time.
