How to be Fit and Healthy

People who struggle to lose weight either eat food that will get them fat, or try to hard to not be overweight. Losing weight takes determination. However, if you workout really hard and get really tired, you will feel sick and your head will start spinning. To lose a lot of weight, you gotta take it slow and go step by step. For instance, you can not starve yourself to lose weight. Why? people who do not eat and exercise so they can lose weight, are people who will get slim. If you naturally eat food that contains high calories and stop eating food that contains your natural calories, you will not even get closer to being slim. Heavy dieting without exercise sends a massive signal to your brain that you are starving. As a result, your metabolism will stop working, and the fat loss will come to a stop. If you go from 2000 calories a day to 800 calories a day your brain will know that you decided to eat less so you can lose weight. Consequently, you will start eating even more because your stomach will want more food. As a result, you will gain even more weight and eventually become overweight. Like I said before, to lose weight you have to take it slow and go step by step. Furthermore, you also have to eat food that contains the same calories that you naturally eat. As you may already understand, fat equals to massive calories. To try to shorten your daily calories, you have to take away little calories day by day and eventually stop at where you will feel that you do not need more food. At the same time, you have to also exercise. When you exercise and eat food that contain your natural calories a day, you will lose weight. Therefore, take it slowly and remember that health comes first in life.
