Exercising and living a long healthy Life

Has there ever been a time where you had so much energy that you could not control yourself anymore? Was that a good feeling or bad feeling? many people can not go on through the day without drinking coffee or energy drinks. This is the worst level that someone can be at. If you want to be successful in life and live a long healthy life, you have to exercise for 20 minutes everyday. Whether is running, doing push ups, sit ups and etc. Exercising for 20 minutes or more every day will give you so much energy that you would finish the day with a smile on your face. You will come home from work feeling energized and still would want to do things whether its cleaning up the house or exercising some more. This is the energy that people should have. With this energy, there will be 10 times more successful people than there is now. This is a FACT. As a result, exercising will not just make you healthy, it will also give you energy and the ability to be successful at whatever you are doing.
