Running every morning
As you may already know, an essential way to become healthy is to go out for a run every day. However, some people are too lazy to do that. A great source that I will recommend people is to write a goal down on how many days they want to run and starting from what time. For example "I will run from 8 in the morning for 1 week." When you write the goal down, also write the benefits. For example, if I run for 1 week I will become healthier and more energized and feel good about myself. This will motivate you to run every day.
