Anger Control

A great way to have a great mental health and physical health is to not get angry. Many people that have heart attack at a younger age are people who got angry at mostly anything. To be healthy and happy, you have to stop being angry. I will give you some tips on how to stop your anger and feel good again.
1. When you are angry, take 5-10 deep breaths (inhale and exhale) This will calm your body and your mind, which will eventually make you feel calm.
2. If you are angry at someone, take a piece of paper and write all the bad things that come to your mind about that person. At the end of the letter, read it and rip it and throw it away. This will make you feel calm, and it will feel like you said it to that person face to face.
3. When you are angry, ask your self this question; WHY AM I ANGRY? WHAT MADE ME ANGRY? AM I AN ANGRY PERSON? this will help you realize that you are not an angry person and you just got angry at something little.
4. When you get angry, just know that you are drinking a poisonous drink that will effect your health. As a result, you will calm your nerves because you thought of something negative about being angry.
