A great way to calm your body and be in pure relaxation is to do meditation. Meditation is healthy for you. Why? because people who do a lot of meditation do not get angry at all. They are always happy. If you are happy, than you are somewhat healthy. To do meditation, check on youtube and find out how to meditate and calm your mind. Moreover, meditation helps you focus on one thing without getting shaken by other thoughts. Thus, meditation is good for you and your health
